| Description of the seal image | The scene is framed by line borders at the top and bottom. One priest makes offerings, while the other makes an animal sacrifice. They both wear tall headdresses and long fringed robes. The first one stands before an offering table and seemingly places flatbreads on top of it. Beyond the table is a throne with a mace and a crook. Behind the throne is a flag-shaped fan held by an unattached arm. The second priest has a sword at his waist and is about to stab a stumbling quadruped, likely a goat, with a dagger. Above the animal is a cuneiform sign (MASH). A crescent moon, an eight-rayed star and five stars of the Sibitti (Pleiades) appear in the sky. |
