Description of the seal image The scene is framed by line borders at the top and bottom. A bearded hero (archer) wearing a long, double-belted robe with a fringed lower edge aims his bow at a striding winged horse. The archer has a quiver on his back. Between them is a small plant with two heads below a crescent moon. Above the hybrid creature are two single wedges, while in front of it is another plant with a long stem.
