Description of the seal image A bearded winged hero grasps a rampant bull by the foreleg with one hand and holds a sickle sword (scimitar) in the other while stepping on the back of a reclining bull. He wears a horned tiara and a long, broad-belted, fringed, open robe over a short tunic. His robe is decorated with a dot-in-square pattern. Behind him and the bull is a crescent moon next to an eight-rayed star in the sky.
