Description of the seal image A seemingly beardless hero wearing Persian clothing (court robe) grasps a rampant human-faced winged wild goat (ibex) with one hand and holds a sickle sword (scimitar) in the other. Facing them is a rampant lion-dragon. Between the two hybrid creatures is a crescent moon in the sky.
