Description of the seal image The scene is framed by line borders at the top and bottom. A half-kneeling winged hero grasps the foreleg of a rampant bull with one hand and holds a sickle sword (scimitar) in the other. He wears a triple-belted, fringed tunic and has a sword at his waist. Above the bull is a crescent moon, while behind it is an eight-rayed, globe-centred star above an ear of wheat ('bottle-brush' tree).
