Description of the seal image A naked hero grasps the horn of a rampant human-faced winged wild goat (ibex) with one hand and holds a sickle sword (scimitar) in the other. Beyond the rampant beast is a stylised tree (rosette tree) with interlinked leaves arranged radially. On either side of the tree's foliage is a crescent moon and an eight-rayed star, respectively.
