Description of the seal image The royal hero grasps a rampant lion-dragon on either side, each by the throat. He wears a dentate crown (cidaris) and Persian clothing (court robe). Behind the hybrid creatures is a crescent moon above a small stylised plant. Next to the plant is a small human figure, likely a later addition.
