| Description of the seal image | The scene is framed by chevron borders running in opposite directions at the top and bottom. A griffin attacks a stumbling mouflon. Between them are single wedges representing a plant. Single globes appear above the mouflon's back and in front of the griffin's head. Above the rump of the mouflon is an eight-rayed star and a crescent moon is engraved above the griffin's wing. |
