Description of the seal image A bearded hunter (archer) wearing a double-belted robe with a hatched pattern aims his bow at a rampant lion attacking a rampant wild goat (ibex). Between them is a crescent moon in the sky. The lion has an arrow sticking out of its open mouth. Above the wild goat's head is an eight-rayed star.
