| Description of the seal image | The scene is framed by line borders at the top and bottom. A beardless attendant faces a bearded king or dignitary sitting on a throne. The attendant wears a long fringed robe, has a towel thrown over his shoulder, a sword at his waist and holds a flag-shaped fan and a cloth. The king wears similar clothing and holds a cup. Between the two figures is a vessel on a stand (pot-stand), while behind them are two ears of wheat ('bottle-brush' trees) below an eight-rayed star. A crescent moon appears above the king. |
