Pot-stand between king and his attendant

Description of the seal image The scene is framed by line borders at the top and bottom. A bearded king or dignitary is faced by a beardless attendant. The king wears a long, fringed robe and holds a cup and a bow. The attendant is similarly clothed and holds a flag-shaped fan and a cloth. Between the two figures is a vessel on a stand (pot-stand), while behind them are the tasselled spade of Marduk (marru) below an eight-rayed, globe-centred star.
