| Description of the seal image | The scene is framed by line borders at the top and bottom. A beardless attendant faces a bearded king or dignitary. The attendant wears a long fringed robe and holds a flag-shaped fan and a cloth. The king wears similar clothing and holds a cup and a bow. He has a tassel hanging from his hair and a sword at his waist. Between the two figures is a vessel on a stand (pot-stand), while behind them is an ear of wheat ('bottle-brush' tree) below an eight-rayed, globe-centred star. A wedge appears behind the king. |
