Description of the seal image A four-winged, bearded winged hero wearing a double-belted kilt, steps on the back of a winged horse. He holds a mace in his left hand and a weapon with a curved blade (scimitar, sickle sword) in the right. He is about to strike down a rampant lion-griffin jumping towards him. Above the lion-griffin is a crescent moon and a winged bull. Behind the hero is a cactus-like plant on the ground.
