Description of the seal image The scene is framed by line borders at the top and bottom. A winged hero grasps a rampan lion on either side, each by a foreleg. He wears a rectangular headdress and a long, tiered and fringed, open robe over a short tunic with zigzag streamers. Behind the lions is a crescent moon above an eight-rayed, globe-centred star.
